Terms of Use
Last updated: 2026-08-04
Plain-English terms for an EU distressed-asset aggregator, running as a closed beta on sample data. The interim operator is named in Section 9; an EU operating company will be established and named here before any public launch with live data.
1. What EULots is
EULots is a neutral information aggregator and search service for assets offered for sale through judicial enforcement, insolvency, bank/NPL, state, tax, customs and confiscation procedures across the European Union. EULots indexes publicly available notices and links to the official primary source.
2. What EULots is NOT
EULots is not a seller, auctioneer, broker, agent, or party to any sale. It does not hold, escrow, or transfer assets or funds, and does not conduct auctions or accept bids. All transactions occur at the official source and under the rules of the competent authority.
3. No warranty on third-party data
Listings are derived from third-party and official sources and may be incomplete, outdated, or contain errors. Each listing shows a Data Confidence Score and a link to the official source. Users must verify all information (price, deadline, charges, possession, documents) at the official source before acting. EULots gives no warranty of accuracy, completeness, availability, or fitness for purpose.
4. No legal, financial, or investment advice
Scores, summaries and AI reports are informational screening tools, not advice or valuation. Investment and Liquidity scores are heuristic until calibrated on historical outcomes. Users are responsible for their own due diligence and should consult qualified professionals.
5. Paid services
Paid products (AI Asset Report, premium alerts, subscriptions, partner referrals) are described at the point of sale with their price. Digital reports are delivered on purchase; refund terms are stated at checkout. Partner referrals connect users with independent third-party professionals; EULots is not responsible for their services.
6. Acceptable use
No scraping, bulk extraction, or republication of EULots content without permission. No use that violates the rules of any source authority or applicable law. EULots may suspend access for abuse.
7. Intellectual property
The platform, database structure, scores, and compiled dataset are owned by the operator. Official notices remain subject to the rights and licences of their issuing authorities.
8. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, EULots is not liable for losses arising from reliance on listings, scores, reports, or from any transaction at a source. Nothing limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
9. Operator, governing law & contact
Interim operator during the closed beta: Biroul Administratorului autorizat Muntean Oleg (authorized-administrator office, Republic of Moldova). EULots currently runs on sample data. An EU operating company will be established, and its registered address and EU member-state governing-law jurisdiction confirmed and published on this page, before any public or paid launch with live data. Consumer rights under applicable EU and national law are unaffected. Contact: hello@eulots.eu.
